Fee structures vary by menu, but generally a per person charge is arranged in advance for food and professional service, and sub sections for all other services needed. This way there is never a surprise.

Temporary Chef Support
In times of short staffing, lack of qualified help, or challenges in getting things done YOUR way, a temp chef is an option. I am able to "rent" my services on a short-term basis to any professional chef or kitchen to help with these issues. No need to add me to your staff; a weekly or daily per diem can be arranged and paid to me via T. R. Restaurant Services, and I will take care of the rest. I carry my own insurance and can provide an EIN number for reporting purposes. I am available to help where needed in areas such as banquet support, prep time, event chef staff, and line cooking duties in addition to any other services need.
